I put a challenge to myself for the Dogwood Pouch pattern. I thought this pattern would be fantastic with 10 different size offerings in one pattern, and though this pattern took me a lot of time drafting-wise, it is fast and easy to sew! The folded corners make this pouch really interesting, and the lining piece is completely different than the exterior, in order to minimize bulk.

Supplies Needed to Make 1 Pouch:
- fat quarter of quilting cotton for the Exterior (Pouch C and Pouch F will instead require 1/2 yard of fabric)
- fat quarter of quilting cotton for the Lining (Pouch C and Pouch F will instead require 1/2 yard of fabric)
- 1/2 yard/metre of Pellon #TP971F Fusible Thermolam
- 1/2 yard/metre of 20” wide Pellon SF-101 Shape Flex fusible woven interfacing (or medium-weight fusible interfacing)
- #3 zipper – Please reference the Exterior pattern piece for your chosen size for length of zipper needed (the zippers range in length from 5“ long to 13-1/4“ long). If you are making several pouches, a #3 zipper-by-the-yard will be the most economical. If using #3 zipper-by-the-yard, 2-1/2 yard/metre and ten #3 zipper pulls will make all 10 pouches.
*Note: 1 yard of Pellon Thermolam and 3 yards of Pellon Shape Flex will make all 10 pouches if cut conservatively.
The pdf pattern includes 7 pages of sewing instructions, complete with 19 step-by-step photos.
