Description
Supplies (will make 1 supply case)
- 1/2 yard of Exterior Fabric (if using ribbon I suggest using a small or solid print, which will make the ribbon stand out)
- Two different fat quarters for the lining
- 18” x 26” piece of foam interfacing (By Annie’s Soft and Stable, Pellon Flex Foam, or Bosal In-R-Form)
- Two zippers, I suggest two different colors (small – 9”; medium – 12”; large – 12”)
*regular 3# zippers should be used here – the zipper tape should be slightly more than 7/8″ wide
If choosing to use ribbon, also add these supplies:
- 1” x 20” piece of solid fabric for piping around ribbons
- 20” long piece of 5/32” cotton cording
- Pellon Wonder Under 1/2” wide tape (or double-sided fusible web tape)
- Optional: Grosgrain ribbon (I used Renaissance Ribbons designed by Tula Pink) –
-I recommend either 1-7/8”, 1-1/2”, or 7/8” wide ribbon for the center stripe (10” long)
-I recommend 5/8” wide ribbon for the left and right sides (20” long)
*feel free to use a different width of ribbon if you prefer, these are just my suggestions
